rocky beach swimming limitation

the room setup suited my needs adequately.

the beach situation proved a significant disappointment. swimming was not possible because of rocks and plants in the water. i needed to seek other locations to swim.

dated rooms inconsistent service

The breakfast buffet offered a LOT of options, a real highlight. The pools were a welcome sight. I LOVED the location.

The rooms felt a little dated, not QUITE what I expected from the photos online. I also found the service inconsistent. Some staff were great, but others seemed disinterested.

the breakfast buffet offered a large selection of asian and western dishes the food was fresh and plentiful. the hotel has three swimming pools each pool was well kept with ample loungers. the staff were friendly and quick with requests particularly at the pool bar.

the fitness room is relatively small for a hotel of this size

charming stay

polite staff multiple pool amazing sea view

The staff were definitely polite and helpful. i loved having three pools at the hotel. It was nice to switch up the view, especially the sea view. our room was in the right AREA, so it was easy to get around.

the bathroom needed some updates. it had a rusty dirty bath, and the shower was small. THE wet room design was not ideal because the floor was always wet.

the hotel is located very close to the beach and offers direct access. some restaurants and shops are within a short walk. crossing the road to access them is easy because of security guards.
